WEB-SRM Site Integration
To use the WEB-SRM solution at a client site, the following configuration steps must be completed:

1 | Review the Revenu Québec recommendations to understand and implement the legal requirements for using the WEB-SRM service and obtain required identifiers and registration numbers. | |
2 | Review which features are or are not supported by POS with the WEB-SRM service. | |
3 | Complete the steps to configure sites and point of sale (POS) terminals in Data Management. | |
4 | Complete the steps to obtain digital certificates for POS terminals and create WEB-SRM users for employee access to the service. | |
5 | Review, and when applicable, complete the steps to provide the User Report and fiscal logs to Revenu Québec auditors. | |
6 | Generate this report for all fiscal transaction data. |
